The hotel's atmosphere is very good. The staff is also good. The receptionist is unfriendly and has a very rude demeanor, which lowers the hotel's rating. The rooms are very nice. The food eating area is very large. The hotel has 18 elevators, all of which are working well. The hotel is very clean. The distance from the Haram Sharif is approximately 700 meters. This is a 1-star category hotel, but we would give this hotel 3 stars. If the receptionist were better, we would give it a 5-star rating, but we can't right now.
Booked at Saif Al Madj for a week in Dec 2025. Rooms we neat ,bedding was clean. Love the location,busy busy roads.Lots of food places and very cheap shops.Myself ,my husband and 6 kids hardly felt the walk to the Haram because its buzzing and we loved it. Room service was good .A guy named Ahmed Sagor was absolutely helpful. He Brought us bottled water and other essentials daily. Please Note. This hotel not a typical 5/4 star hotel. Its very simple.Equiped with all the basics(bar fridge, comfy beds with clean bedding,kettle sugar tea etc..aircon,dresser,wardrobe ,daily clean towels) We were very happy to be in this location. Alhamdulilah... Great budget hotel.-took us 15 min to haram with our toddlers and we went every single day. Food was on our doorstep..
I am staying here on 14th floor , hotel is good , all staff is co operative and room service is best ..... Everytime we want room service we get it. Over all experience is good . Recommended to all
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and washrooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Housekeeping service was excellent, and everything was organized properly every day. I would especially like to admire Muhammad Amjad, the cleaner, for his outstanding work. He is very cooperative, humble, and hardworking. Because of his dedication, the room always felt fresh and comfortable. His positive attitude and professionalism truly made a difference in our stay. Highly recommended for cleanliness and great staff service. Keep up the excellent work!
Great value for umrah/hajj in budget. The hotelboy is really friendly and helpful, I like this guy named Ahmad Ridwan who called everyone "ustadz" with smile, he has a great personality and being very helpful especially after a long day of umrah for me. It's 20-30 mins walking from Masjidil Haram (15 minutes to the al-Haram Plaza). Good value for money if you want to focus on your umrah/hajj pilgrimage. Right next to the busy shopping area. Easy to drop-off from taxi, but difficult to order online taxi from here.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding, especially from Ahmed Sagor, Ridwan, and the supervisor Mirza Tarique. They were extremely helpful, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. They really made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location is very convenient — only 10 minutes walk to the Haram, and around 15 minutes if it’s busy. Perfect distance and easy access. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

The service is also very good, with staff being cooperative and attentive. Overall, it offers a pleasant and hassle-free experience in every aspect. I am fully satisfied with my stay and highly recommend Safe Hotel. Definitely deserves 5 stars
The room service was really good. Muhammad Sagor and his supervisor Mirza were specially really great. Room service was top notch and very friendly and they tried their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Mr. Sagor was available 24/7 on telephone for any problems whatsoever. The hotel itself is also good and its location is also quite central. Would love to come back inshaAllah
